Millie Sweeney

Millie is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Over the past 4 years, she has balanced her studies whilst working in retail, where she has developed strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of client experience. She prides herself on being personable, approachable and friendly, bringing a positive energy to her role.

In her HR Support role, Millie assists the team with administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services. She enjoys working with a variety of clients and building positive professional relationships. She has a particular interest in employee engagement and workplace culture, and is motivated by helping businesses foster supportive and compliant environments.

Alongside this, Millie provides Marketing Support, assisting with brand presence, content creation and initiatives that enhance visibility and engagement. She takes a proactive approach to learning and is committed to continually developing her skills.

Outside of work, Millie enjoys an active lifestyle through the gym, pilates and running. She also loves spending time down the coast with friends and family.
